My husband and I took our 9 month old pitbull puppy to K-9 Guardians after hearing wonderful feedback from their customers. We tried some other training places, but nothing seemed to be working. Our puppy had her first training session with Gary and his team and OMG what a difference already! I could actually walk my dog now without her pulling me and she responds quickly to all commands. I can not thank Gary enough for helping us get on the right path to a perfectly trained dog. He has a true gift and treats all of the dogs as if they were his own. We love Gary and Joe! After rescuing a fear and food aggressive pit mix from a rescue group- we were run around in circles with you have to train at a local pet store (didn't work) and here's a behavioralist that was very expensive (didn't work). After just one session, Owen showed huge improvement. After many more consistent classes, Owen is becoming a thriving member of our family. Gary has done amazing work with the fear aggressive dog, Frosty, he took in from rescue. He has a huge heart for animals and isn't on a power trip like some trainers I've worked with in the past. He is very patient and gives each dog the time they need to turn around. Highly recommend Gary and his team for both basic obedience and more challenging issues.
